If your student would like to change an elective course for the Spring semester, please complete this form.  

Please note: All students are required to take 1 semester of PE each year. All students must take Learning Pathways and at least 1 other pathways course before leaving middle school. 

Deadline to submit: Friday January 9. Schedule changes will not be made after January 9th. 

Please be aware that not every class is available every period. Many classes are already full and do not have room for additional students to be added.

Teacher preference is NOT an option.  And please only submit one request form per student.  Thank you.
