Is your 5^th grader going to be an LCMS Panther next year? OR – Are you considering a transfer to LCMS next year? Please be sure to read ALL of the information below:

 

For those who are zoned LCMS:

Our School Counselors will be visiting our feeder elementary schools to talk with students about the registration process on the following dates:

January 26 – Walker ES

January 29 – Evans ES, Partin ES

Janaury 30 – Geneva ES, Stenstrom ES

February 2 – Carillon ES

February 3 – All incoming 5^th graders will attend a field trip to LCMS. Buses will pick them up at their elementary school. Students will attend an assembly with performances by Band, Chorus, Theater, Dance and Cheer. 

February 12 6-7:30 pm – Spring Showcase: 5^th gr Parent Night – Come check out all LCMS has to offer! See flyer below

Registration will be completed online via our Registration Website by (Date TBD) – check back for live link to registration site 

 

For those not zoned LCMS:

February 1 – Transfer Application Period OPENS – apply here: Student Assignment & Program Access

February 3 – 10 am – You are welcome to drop your student off, or (if they attend one of our feeder schools, they can ride the bus) for the incoming student field trip, assembly & tour. Parents are not allowed.

March 1 – Transfer Application Period CLOSES

April 1 – Start date for notification emails for approved transfer requests

April 15 – Controlled Open Enrollment Application Period OPENS – apply here: Student Assignment & Program Access

May 15 – Controlled Open Enrollment Application Period CLOSES

May 25 – Start date for notification emails for approved Controlled Open Enrollment requestss

July 15 – Deadline for 1^st quarter transfer requests

***Once you get your acceptance email, you still have paperwork to complete. Please be sure to read the email complete so that you properly enroll your child in LCMS. Registration will be completed online via our Registration Website by (Date TBD) – check back for live link to registration site.
