Principal Update

Dear Panther families,

Agriscience Shark Tank! Last Friday, our THINK Agriscience students put their creativity and entrepreneurial skills to the test as they pitched innovative ideas to a panel of guest judges! (And yes, it was Halloween costume day!) A huge thank you to our judges, including the SCPS Superintendent!

Congratulations to our winning Red Ribbon doors from last week:
Mrs. Higley
Mrs. Green
Mrs. Capp
Great job!

CONGRATULATIONS to ALL of our Chorus 1 and Chorus 3 vocalists on a SPECTACULAR fall semester concert Monday night! It was a night of beautiful singing featuring soloists, student violinists, and a student piano accompanist! Your patriotic salute to our Veterans and military families was very much appreciated by our audience, too! Special shout out to our Choral Director, Ms. Swallow, who led this talented group of musicians! Thank you for your dedicated effort in creating such a special concert performance...BRAVO!

On Saturday, some of our runners and families joined Team Chiles to represent at The Rising 5K.

Congratulations to our Panther Cross Country Teams (Boys & Girls, JV & Varsity) on their first meet of the season and beating South Seminole Academy. Results can be found here: J7 XC Results Go Panthers!

Anything look familiar?? Send your students to the Lost and Found located in the courtyard, outside the clinic. Items not claimed by the end of the semester will be donated.

Congratulations to those students selected for All State Band and Orchestra. We had an incredible amount of students make the all state ensembles this year! They were chosen from audition entries from across the entire state of Florida. They will be representing our school in January! Special shout out to Mrs. Kuperman for her teaching and encouragement of her students to work at performing at the highest levels.

Who to Call Flowchart

This has always been located at the bottom of this newsletter, but we felt that a reminder was needed.

If you have a concern or question regarding one of your child's classes, the first step is always to reach out to the teacher. Sometimes an in person conference is better than a phone call or an email.

All staff emails can be found on the Staff page of the LCMS Website: https://www.lcms.scps.k12.fl.us/staff

Administrator content areas can be found on the Our School page of the LCMS Website: https://www.lcms.scps.k12.fl.us/187285_2

The Conference Request Form can be found on the Parents page of the LCMS Website and at the bottom of this newsletter:

Thank you for helping us keep your child's records up to date and accurate.
