Principal Update

Thank you to everyone for a great first week of the second semester!

This semester is going to get busy quick! Below is information on high school registration for Hagerty and Oviedo High Schools. Information from other schools will be shared as it is received.

Also included below is information on the 8th grade activities: Gradventure, 8th grade Dance, 8th grade Spirit Week, and the 8th grade Yearbook Signing Party. Please be sure to note the 8th grade Privileges Letter. All of this was discussed with students in their grade level assembly on Wednesday. Yesterday, students and parents received an email/Parent Square post from Mrs. McDonald including the link to vote for their favorite design for the Gradventure t-shirt. It is going to be a fun semester for the Class of 2030!

Congratulations to our Golden Panthers from December - Ms. Rosa in Custodial and Mrs. Capp, 6th grade World History and Athletic Director!

  • 8th grade parents - order yearbook ads for your 8th grader by 1/15 to guarantee space (see below)

8th grade Activities

Wednesday, during 7th period, all 8th grade students attended a grade level meeting where they were given information about high school registration, the 8th grade Gradventure field trip, 8th grade Dance & the 8th grade Yearbook Signing Party.

Also, all students have received a copy of the 8th grade Privileges Letter. The contents of this were reviewed during the assembly as well.

No Food Deliveries & Drop Offs

We do not accept any food deliveries (Door Dash, Uber Eats, etc.) for students.

We do not accept any drop offs of any kind - PE Uniforms, lunch, homework, etc. If a student forgot their lunch, they will still be fed by Red Apple Dining.

We do not allow students to bring and share cupcakes or other treats. Please save the birthday celebrations for after school.
